Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

• Within India: Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

• Rural or remote areas: Delivery may take up to 10 business days.

📦 Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹6000.

• A flat ₹250 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹6000.

• COD (Cash on Delivery) charges may apply as per courier policy.

4. Packaging & Product Safety

We ensure that:

• Pickles are securely packed in sealed, leak-proof containers.

• Sports products like bats and balls are bubble-wrapped for safety.

• All parcels are checked and sealed before dispatch.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.
You can track your order on courier’s tracking portal.

6. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order is delayed or missing:

• We’ll coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue quickly.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address will require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

8. Damaged or Leaking Package

If your package arrives damaged or leaking:

• Do not accept the parcel.

• Take a photo or video and contact us within 24 hours at statutory@toshniwalindia.com.
  We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
